How to Wear This Product

a) Measure finger size with the finger gauge and choose the size of sleeve that corresponds to the indicated color/ size on the gauge. If you are in between two sizes, please try smaller size first. You will get better readings if the sleeve is snug.

Take out the finger gauge from the package.

Lead the tip through the holes as shown.

First, pass the tip through the hole from the top side.

Second, pass the tip through the second hole from the bottom side.

Pass index finger through the finger gauge ring as shown.

Twist finger gauge around your index finger as indicated with the red stripe in the picture.

Pull the tip gently until the finger gauge fits snugly around the finger. Then read the color that the arrow points to.

Choose the finger sleeve color that the arrow points to.

b) Attach the sensor securely to the finger sleeve by passing it through the rubber loop inside the sleeve.

Choose the finger sleeve color that the arrow points to.

Find the rubber loop inside the sleeve.

Pass the sensor head securely through the rubber loop from the bottom.

Sensor’s contact surface is plane. Set contact surface facing inside the sleeve.

c) Put the HRM on your LEFT wrist.

Wear the HRM on the top side of the left wrist.

d) Slide the sleeve over your index finger, making sure to also hold the wire of the sensor. Make sure the sensor’s contact surface, the window part, faces your finger. If you can feel the knob on the back of the sensor through the sleeve, then you know the sensor is facing the correct way.

e) Pull the sleeve and sensor down to the base of your index finger. Please avoid placing the sensor at the joints of the finger.

f) Make sure the sensor is placed against the underside of your finger. The sleeve should fit snug around your finger.

The sensor head should be placed as shown.

When you measure your Heart Rate, it’s preferable to stretch the finger naturally.

It’s not preferable to bend the finger because sensor may detect motion noise of your finger.
